Shamanite Master

Most specimens of Shamanite are uncrystallized masses. Its name Shamanite refers to its spiritual qualities, which are said to facilitate entry into a shamanic state of consciousness.
Shamanite is much more complex than ordinary calcite. It contains a very high concentration of almost pure carbon, as well as smaller amounts of inclusions of Pyrite, Marcasite, Quartz, Chlorite, Zircon and Strontiatite. It also contains visible or microscopic fossils, such as the fossil shell called the "King of Creation". Some of these appear in Shamanite as white dots, or, more rarely, as tiny white spirals.
Shamanite has long been appreciated by Native Americans, who consider it a protective Talisman.
Native Americans of the Southwest still use it as a protective stone, having the power to heal spiritual wounds, ancestral troubles and sorrows.
